Ingredients of Roast Chicken with Veggies

  • 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 450 gm carrot
  • 1 onion
  • salt as required
  • garlic powder as required
  • 2 lemon
  • 4 potato
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 2 kilograms chicken
  • powdered black pepper as required
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 3 teaspoon garlic

Step 1 Start by pre-heating the oven at 196 degree Celsius. Chop the potatoes, carrots, celery and slice the onion in a bowl. Now, pour olive oil in a separatecbowl and toss chopped potatoes, carrots, celery, and sliced onion in it. Leave some of the sliced onions for further use. Mix well and transfer it to a large skillet. Set aside.

Step 2 Now, rinse the chicken with fresh water and gently pat dry from a kitchen cloth. Slice the chicken into small pieces and place them in a large bowl. Season evenly with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Also add remaining sliced onions, margarine, lemon slices, minced garlic and celery to this bowl.

Step 3 Finally, mix the chicken with oiled vegetables in the skillet and slide them in a pre-heated oven. Roast till the chicken pieces turn golden brown from all the sides and vegetables are tender. This may take around 15-20 minutes. Roast Chicken with Veggies is ready to serve.
